At KLIX, we take our service seriously. That’s why support is so important to us. We want to make sure our customers have the very best support in everything they need, from start to finish.
We make sure that our online support covers as much as possible, so that frequently when you have a question, you can find the answer without having to call and waste your time asking us yourself. For that reason, our FAQs section of the website shows your ‘frequently asked questions’, answered. Here a few of the things you’re asking:
What are your opening times?
Our opening times are from Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.45pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm. Please note: we are closed on bank holidays and operate a skeleton service at Christmas.
Can I speak to my Account Manager?
We like to say that our Customer Service centre is a one-stop-shop for you. Our team is training to handle all question and enquiries you have, from invoicing questions to technical faults. If you feel your query has not been answer after you have spoken to them, we will be happy to put in a request for your Account Manager to call you.
What are my delivery dates?
When you put an order in with us for four or more cases, you’ll receive free 48-hour delivery.
What do I do if I have a technical problem with my machine?
Again, the first number you should call is the Customer Service number on 0800 0323 444. We’ve also listed the top most commonly asked questions online too, so you can see step-by-step guides and videos that might also help you fix your problem.
